Marlon Cáceres González is a Chilean flying trapeze artist, producer, and artistic director internationally recognized for his work in the development and production of high-level flying trapeze acts around the world. As the leader and founder of Marlon Crew, he has brought his artistic vision to stages, circuses, and international productions across Europe, the Americas, and other global markets.

From a very young age, Marlon trained in the art of circus, specializing in flying trapeze, a discipline that combines technical precision, extreme coordination, and absolute trust between artists. Over the years, he evolved not only as a performer, but also as a creator and producer, developing complete acts that integrate technical innovation, structural safety, and a modern contemporary circus aesthetic.

His work stands out for the creation of high-performance international teams, bringing together artists of different nationalities and building companies capable of adapting to both major traditional circuses and theatrical productions and modern shows.
